No. There's no app, no Bluetooth and nothing to pair: you set everything on the band itself. So there are no notifications waiting for you when you wake up, either.

It's an alarm first. It also shows the time and date, counts steps, distance and calories, and has a stopwatch. It doesn't track sleep or heart rate.

That's what it's for. It vibrates right on your wrist, so the alarm is on you, not across the room — even when you roll over. Wear it snug, display on top, and you feel the alarm instead of hearing it.

The strap fits wrists from about 12 to 19 cm. To check, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark it and measure it against a ruler. If your wrist is over 19 cm, email us before ordering.

Delivery is free on orders of 2 bands or more. A single band costs £3.49 to deliver in the UK, or the equivalent in your currency elsewhere (US$4.49, CA$6.49, A$6.99). It's shown again at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Every order is sent with tracking, and you'll receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours of placing your order. You can also paste it on our order tracking page.

Email us a photo or short video with your order number. We'll replace it or refund you, as UK consumer law provides, and we cover the return postage.

Full returns policy

Yes: you can cancel up to 14 days after delivery. Email us and we'll send you the return address. Return postage is on you, and a band that has been worn may get a reduced refund.

The pack saving no longer applies to the bands you keep: we refund what you paid, minus the single-band price of each band you keep. For example, if you paid $65.00 for 2 bands and return one, we refund $65.00 − $40.00 = $25.00.
