This policy covers Sidewake bands and UNSHAKEN Electrolyte Gummies.
UNSHAKEN gummies, in short: free tracked delivery to the US, Canada and the UK, usually within 6 to 13 days after you place your order.
Where we deliver
Sidewake bands: we deliver to the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and Australia. The countries we deliver to are listed at checkout.
UNSHAKEN Electrolyte Gummies: we deliver to the US, Canada and the UK.

Sidewake bands, United Kingdom
- 1 band: £3.49
- 2 bands or more: free
Sidewake bands, outside the UK
- 1 band: the equivalent in your currency (US$4.49 in the United States, CA$6.49 in Canada, A$6.99 in Australia)
- 2 bands or more: free
UNSHAKEN Electrolyte Gummies (the US, Canada and the UK)
- Free tracked delivery on every order, from 1 bag. There's no minimum.
The cost is shown at checkout, before you pay. Two bands bought separately in the same order also get free delivery.
Taxes and import duties
Sidewake bands: deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are not included in our prices.
Delivery time
Sidewake bands
In the UK, orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 working days of being placed (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
In Canada, orders are usually delivered within 7 to 12 working days.
For other countries, the delivery time depends on the destination country. If you'd like an estimate for your country before you order, email us at contact@ardony.co.
UNSHAKEN Electrolyte Gummies
UNSHAKEN orders are shipped by our fulfilment partner, from outside the US, Canada and the UK, with tracking. They usually arrive within 6 to 13 days after you place your order.
If we can't ship your order within 30 days of your order, we'll email you before that date with a new shipping date and the option to cancel your order for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund you within 7 working days.
Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. For Sidewake bands, you'll receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours of placing your order. For UNSHAKEN, you'll receive it by email when your order ships. You can follow your parcel with the link in that email, or on our order tracking page.
Bands and gummies are sent separately: if you order both, you'll receive two parcels with two tracking numbers.
Changing your order or address
Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible: we can update it until your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Missing or delayed parcel
If your tracking hasn't moved for a few days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at contact@ardony.co with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered, please first check with your neighbours, your mailbox and any parcel locker or pick-up point. Before we open a claim with the carrier, we may ask you to sign a short statement that you haven't received it, with proof of identity.
