These terms apply when you use ardony.co or buy from us. Please read them before you place an order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Ardony is a trading name of Ventures Dynamics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15791465), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@ardony.co. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Ventures Dynamics Ltd.

2. Who can order

We sell to consumers aged 18 or over, for delivery to an address in the United Kingdom or in another country we deliver to (listed at checkout). UNSHAKEN Electrolyte Gummies are sold for delivery to addresses in the US, Canada and the UK only. Our products are for domestic and private use.

3. Our products

Sidewake

  • Sidewake is a vibrating alarm band. It is not a medical device, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
  • Please follow the instructions that come with your band, including the charging and water guidance.

UNSHAKEN Electrolyte Gummies

  • UNSHAKEN is a food supplement. It is not a medicine, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it doesn't replace drinking water or a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Read the label before use, take it as directed and don't exceed the suggested serving. The ingredients, allergens, directions and storage instructions printed on the bag are the reference.
  • Not intended for anyone under 18. Ask your doctor before use if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition (including kidney or heart conditions or high blood pressure), or have been told to limit your salt (sodium) or potassium intake.
  • If the label lists polyols (sugar alcohols), such as maltitol or isomalt, eating too many gummies can have a laxative effect.
  • Keep out of reach of children. If you have a reaction, stop taking it, seek medical advice and tell us: see our contact page.
  • Information on our website is general information, not medical advice.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, we send you an order confirmation by email: that's when the contract between us is formed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if the price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country: pounds sterling (GBP) in the UK, Canadian dollars (CAD) in Canada, US dollars (USD) in the United States and Australian dollars (AUD) in Australia. You pay the price shown at checkout.
  • For UK deliveries, prices include any applicable taxes. For Sidewake bands delivered outside the UK, the destination country may charge import taxes or duties, which are not included in our prices. In the United States, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay, as set out in our delivery policy.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment options shown at checkout.
  • If we find an obvious pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you: you can go ahead at the correct price, or cancel and get a full refund.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give us at checkout. Sidewake bands: in the UK, orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 working days, and in Canada within 7 to 12 working days; elsewhere, the delivery time depends on the destination country. Sidewake orders get a tracking number within 24 hours. UNSHAKEN Electrolyte Gummies ship to the US, Canada and the UK only, and get a tracking number when they ship; their delivery time is in our delivery policy. Full details are in our delivery policy. Your order is your responsibility from the moment it's delivered to you, and it becomes yours once we've received full payment. If we're late delivering your order, you have the rights given by the consumer law of your country (in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in the United States, the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule).

7. Your right to cancel

Sidewake bands: you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return postage is at your own cost, and we may reduce your refund if the band has been used beyond what's needed to check it. How to cancel, and how packs are refunded, is explained in our returns and refunds policy.

UNSHAKEN Electrolyte Gummies: we don't take back food supplements. Instead, your first bag comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, explained in our returns and refunds policy. If the law of your country gives you a right to cancel, it doesn't apply to a bag that has been opened after delivery, because it is a sealed good that can't be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Apart from that, and from the guarantee, we don't refund UNSHAKEN orders for a change of mind, as our returns and refunds policy says.

8. If your product is faulty or not as described

We're under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your product isn't, you have rights under the consumer law of your country (in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015), which may include a repair, a replacement or a refund. How to claim is explained in our returns and refunds policy. Apart from the 30-day money-back guarantee on your first bag of UNSHAKEN, we don't offer any guarantee beyond these legal rights.

9. Our responsibility to you

  • If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it's obvious that it would happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was made.
  • We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
  • We only supply products for domestic and private use. We're not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

10. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one happens, we'll tell you as soon as we can and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is significant, you can contact us to cancel your order and get a refund for anything you've paid for but not received.

11. Using our website

You must not misuse ardony.co: for example, by trying to access it without permission, introducing viruses or harmful code, or using it for anything unlawful or fraudulent. The content of our website (text, photos, videos and designs) belongs to us or to our licensors, and you may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.

12. Reviews

If you send us a review, photo or video and tell us we can use it, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

13. Your personal data

We use your personal data as explained in our privacy policy.

14. Other important terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. If we do, your rights won't be reduced.
  • This contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of its terms.
  • If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force.
  • If we don't insist straight away that you do something you're required to do, that doesn't mean we can't insist on it later.

15. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings about your order in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country, province or US state where you live. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
